The Ukranian broadcast UA:PBC has just announced Ukraine won’t participate in the Eurovision 2019.
The announcement came after Vidbir 2019 winner, MARUV, decided not to sign the demanding ontract with the broadcast include stop all her active career in Russia, followed by the 2nd and 3rd place (Freedom Jazz and KAZKA) refuses to do so too.
