Azerbaijani broadcaster ictimai TV has internally selected the act for Eurovision 2024.
The professional committee made its decision, getting the help of music experts from different countries.
The 29 year-old singer Fahree was selected for Eurovision 2024.
The singer has completed his second degree in law, but has always shown a passion for music
Later on, it was clarified that Fahree wouldn’t be alone on stage.
He will be joined by one of the artists who competed in the national selection: İlkin Dovlatov.
The latter will sing a mugham part (It is an art form that weds classical poetry and musical improvisation in specific local modes. This genre is considered an Ethnic Azeri music)

What are your expectations from Azerbaijan at Eurovision 2024?
Eurovision 2024 will be held in Malmö, Sweden.
The semi-finals will be held on the 7th and 9th of May 2024, and the grand final will be held on the 11th of May 2024.
Azerbaijan will compete in the second half of semi-final 1.
