Today Ukrainian national selection to select their entry for Junior Eurovision 2025. 6 hopefuls will try their luck to represent the nation. All competing artists and entries were chosen and written by alyona alyona and Svitlana Tarabarova, head producers of the selection, after organising the Star School music academy for children in Kyiv.
The show was hosted by Timur Miroshnychenko, Anna Tulieva and Masha Kondratenko. The results was decided by combining the votes from a three-member jury (50%) and the public vote (50%) — the jury features singer-songwriter Vlad Darwin, music TV producer Natela Chkhartishvili-Zatsarynna, and singer Michelle Andrade. Each block was awarded six points to their winner, five points to their second place, and so on. Voting was open for all Ukrainians via the Diia app.
6 hopefuls were:
- Likeriia Chyrva – “Ne taka yak vsi”
- Olha Nesterko – “Zozulia”
- Sofiia Nersesian – “Motanka”
- Zlata Ivaniv and Vladyslav Vasytskyi – “Zorianyi chas”
- Vsevolod Skryma – “Young Heart”
- Anhelina Hlohus – “Moie sertse”
The final was featuring many guest performances as interval acts, alongside the common song: Artem Kotenko with “Hear Me Now“, BERESTOVYI ft. TARABAROVA with “Spy kotyku mylyi”, alyona alyona with “Tato”, Ziferblat with “Bird of Pray”, and Masha Kondratenko with a medley titled “Megamix”.

Artem Kotenko represented Ukraine at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with “Hear Me Now”. He finished 3rd place with 203 points.
