Swiss broadcaster SRF SSR internally selected the 28-year-old singer Veronica Fusaro to represent the country in Eurovision 2026.
Her Eurovision 2026 entry will be revealed on the 11th of March 2026.
Who is Veronica Fusaro ?
Veronica Fusaro is a Swiss-Italian pop and soul singer-songwriter from Thun, Switzerland. She’s known for her expressive voice, introspective lyrics, and a sound that fuses alternative/pop with touches of soul and rock.: Veronica first came into the spotlight in 2016 with her self-produced EP Lost In Thought.
That year, she won “Demo of the Year” at the Swiss M4Music Festival and was named Best Talent by national radio SRF3.
She’s performed over 500 shows at major festivals and venues worldwide, including Glastonbury Festival, Montreux Jazz Festival, and supporting Mark Knopfler at the Amphitheatre in Nîmes, France.
Fusaro’s music often explores modern emotions — from love and burnout to connection and vulnerability — with storytelling rooted in personal experience.

Switzerland will compete in semi-final 2 (May 14th, 2026) of Eurovision 2026.
