The Results

1. The results were based on 25% national jury, 25% international jury, and 50% public vote.
2. The national jury consisted of 4 panels, based in Zagreb, Osijek, Rijeka, and Split. 
3. The international jury was composed of 4 panels: The UK, Norway, Luxembourg, and San Marino.
