The Results

  1. The results were based on 50% public votes and 50% international jury votes.
  2. The jury will consist of 43 members, among them: Jamala (Ukraine, Eurovision 2016) and Melanie Wehbe (Swedish singer-songwriter). Linnea Gawell (Sweden, songwriter), Michael Schulte (Germany, Eurovision 2018), Alan Roy Scott (American songwriter), Shari Short (American songwriter), and Austrian experts.

About COSMÓ

Originally from Hungary and raised in the scenic Burgenland region of Austria, COSMÓ is a Vienna-based artist whose stage name mirrors his fascination with the universe and a boundless worldview. A multi-instrumentalist proficient in guitar and piano, he continues to refine his craft through classical vocal training with a Graz-based opera singer.

After rising to national prominence as a finalist on The Voice Kids in 2022, COSMÓ began a pivotal collaboration in 2025 with producer and Garish drummer Markus Perner. This creative evolution led to the formation of his band, The Thumbs, for both studio sessions and live shows. His performance credits already include iconic venues like the Gasometer and the Starnacht am Neusiedlersee, where he shared the stage with his former coach, Alvaro Soler.

Austria will compete in the grand final of Eurovision 2026 (on May 16th, 2026)
