The first edition of Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026 is shaping up, as more countries selecting their acts for the debut. are
The 4th country to select its artist for the contest was South Korea.
They selected their Eurovision Asia 2026 entry via “Korera’s Next Wave“, which was held on Friday, September 4th, 2026, at 16:00 CEST (23:00 Korea Time)

8 acts participated in the national selection:

- huiAe – “If I Knew Love“
- Angel Noise – “(NAN NAYA!)“
- Younghoon Ji – “Tiny Signal“
- 9278 – “MAKEITLOUD (SHEBARKS)“

- JUNHEE – “Deep Dive“

- The panel of judges included major names across the music and wider entertainment industry: JOO YOUNG HOON, CHAERINA, Yoonhan, Hyungtag Lee, and KLOZER.
The Results
- The results were based on a 40% professional jury, a 40% national public vote, and a 20% ROW vote. The online vote was available via the Eurovision Asia website. Each voter got 8 votes to split between 3 acts
- The top 3 acts were revealed:
- JUNHEE – “Deep Dive“ (1st place)
- Sojeong Shim – “EHERADIYA“ (2nd place)
- Angel Noise – “(NAN NAYA!)“ (3rd place)
Therefore, JUNHEE will represent South Korea at Eurovision Asia 2026.
