The Netherlands confirmed participation in Eurovision 2027, after boycotting the contest in Eurovision 2026.
The Dutch public broadcaster NPO has decided that the country will participate in Eurovision 2027, but with a different broadcaster.
Eventually, NPO will oversee the Netherlands’ participation in Eurovision 2027, with NOS being in charge of broadcasting the show and the commentary.
This also means that NPO will be in charge of selecting the artist and the song for Eurovision 2027
Dutch media, and more specifically the outlet ad.nl revealed that 3 artists are considered to represent the country in Eurovision 2027: Davina Michelle, Tangarine, and Marnix Emanuel.
It is important to state that those names aren’t official
Those 3 artists have made the final cut in the internal selection for Eurovision 2026. However, Dutch broadcaster AVROTROS withdrew from Eurovision in December 2025.
It has also been revealed that Claudia van der Pas will serve as the Head of Delegation, continuing her role from Eurovision 2025.
Davina Michelle
The singer and YouTuber rose to fame in 2018. Eurovision fans may recognize her as one of the Eurovision 2021 interval acts. Back then, she performed “The Power of Water”.
Davina has released so far 4 studio albums. She is well known due to her powerful voice.
Tangarine
