TVP (The Polish national broadcast) faces some significant changes in recent days.
It all started following the elections that took place in the country.
The new government has moved to dismiss the management of TVP and part of its channels stopped broadcasting.

Marek Sierocki, who has worked for TVP since the 1980s was fired. He was one of the jurors in the Polish national selections, and has also been a Eurovision commentator since 2021.
These huge changes might put Poland’s participation in Eurovision at risk.
And Justyna Steczkowska (Eurovision 1994 entrrant) has revealed the song she prepared for Eurovision 2024 – “WITCH-ER Tarohoro”:

RTP has revealed the split for “Festival da Canção 2024” (based on composers):
The song will be released towards the end of January 2024.
The festival will be held during February and March 2024.

According to rumours, it seems Eurovision 2024 will feature a special trubiue to ABBA.
The band granted the first Eurovision trophy to Sweden in 1974, jsut a 50 years ago.
They will probably be part of the show with the hologram effect, just like in their “Voyage” tour
