Swiss broadcaster SRF SSR internally selected the 28-year-old singer Veronica Fusaro to represent the country in Eurovision 2026.

Today, the Swiss entry “Alice” was revealed.

The song “Alice” was included in Veronica’s latest album “Looking for Connection”, which was released in October 2025.
Veronica Fusaro is the composer and lyricist, while Charlie McClean oversees production and serves as co-lyricist.
Charlie McClean is a Grammy-nominated, multi-award-winning, platinum-selling producer, songwriter, mixer, and multi-instrumentalist from the UK, based in Berlin.

Who is Veronica Fusaro ?

Veronica Fusaro is a Swiss-Italian pop and soul singer-songwriter from Thun, Switzerland. She’s known for her expressive voice, introspective lyrics, and a sound that fuses alternative/pop with touches of soul and rock.: Veronica first came into the spotlight in 2016 with her self-produced EP Lost In Thought.
That year, she won “Demo of the Year” at the Swiss M4Music Festival and was named Best Talent by national radio SRF3.

She’s performed over 500 shows at major festivals and venues worldwide, including Glastonbury Festival, Montreux Jazz Festival, and supporting Mark Knopfler at the Amphitheatre in Nîmes, France.

Switzerland will compete in semi-final 2 (May 14th, 2026) of Eurovision 2026.
The country will perform in thefirst half of the show

Eurovision 2026 will be held in Vienna, Austria, on May 12th, 14th, and 16th, 2026.
