With a perfect timing for “Ten Days of Repentance”, one of the most sacred time in the religion of Judaism, “Sarit Hadad” release her new single “Ben Adam” (Human).
The song was written by “Rotem Cohen” and “Avi Ohayon” and Combines lyrics from a famous prayer poetry of forgiveness with an ethnic oriental sound well known with Sarits musical style.
Sarit is one of the most appreciated artists in Israel. in her record over 23 (!) studio albums, 4 times “singer of the year” awarded and sold out tours all over the world.
In 2002 Sarit was chosen by the IBA to represents Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest in Tallinn with a song written specially for her by the “Maestro””Tzvika Pick” who also compose the song “Diva” for “Dana International” in 1998 where she finished at the 12th spot with only 37 points.
Earlier this year Sarit also recorded a cover version to one of Israels most beautiful songs in the contest “Natati La Khaiai” sang by “Poogy” at the Eurovision song contest of 1974.
