Musiqq Celebrates 10th Anniversary With A New Video and Album

Latvian Group Musiqq mark 10th anniversary of their creative activity with the releasing of a  new video for “Biļete Tikai Uz Priekšu” taken from their upcoming 4th album.
Musiqq formed by Marats Ogļezņevs and Emīls Balceris is working together since 2009 just a few months before they released their debut album “Šī ir tikai mūzika”
In 2011, The group won the Latvian National final and represented Latvia at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest held in Düsseldorf, Germany.  Their entry “Angel In Disguise” came 17th in the 2nd semi-final
Ever since their Eurovision experience, the duo continues to make music and touring all over eastern Europe.   Following their Instagram page, the band rocks all local gigs bringing joy to their fans and consistently take their famous selfie with the loving crowd at the end of every show.

Earlier this year Musiqq released 2 singles: “Ne jau Tu ne jau Es” and “Tikai Uz Tevi”.
This week the band shares with us their new music video for “Biļete Tikai Uz Priekšu”
“Biļete Tikai Uz Priekšu”(English: Only Forward) is a super catchy dance-pop tune that sounds like an updated version of our loved hits from the ’90s.  Talking about the new song Emīls says: We believe in the miracles and know that the people who are next to us are part of them, this song is about.

To celebrate their 10th anniversary the band will release their 4th album which will include 10 new tracks in early March.   Following the release, the band will have by a big concert at the Arena Riga on April 27, 2019. Emīls shares the concert will be their most impressive solo concert so far.
