Please Welcome The Eurovision 2020 Hosts

The Netherlands has revealed today the identity of the 3 hosts of Eurovision 2020.

Edsilia Rombley was born in 1978. In 1996, She won in the SoundMixShow. In 1998 She represented The Netherlands in the Eurovision and ended in 4th place with “Hemel & Aarde”.

In 2007, She represented The Netherlands in the Eurovision again but failed to qualify for the final.

Edsiliaย completed several music tours since 2005. In 2019, she hosted the “Eurovision in Concert” which she will be host again in 2020. Moreover, the singer presented the Dutch voting In Eurovision 1999 and 2015.

Chantal Janzen

Chantal Janzen

Chantal was born in 1979. She studied at the Amsterdam University of Arts. She rose to fame as a musical actress. She acted in several famous Duch movies. In the years 2008-2011, she was a hoster in AVRO (one of three public broadcasters of The Netherlands). IN 2011, she moved to the RTL channel where she hosted music reality shows such as “The Voice of Holland” and “Holland’s Got Talent”.


Jan Smit

Jan Smit

Jan was born in 1985. IN 2005, his Tv show “Gewoon Jan Smit”ย won a television award. Since 2012, he has been hosting the TV show “Beste Zangers“. Jan is also a member of De Toppers and the German formation KLUBBB3. In 2017, He joined The Toppers that represented The Netherlands in Eurovision 2009. Jan is well known in Germany, Austria, Belgium, and Switzerland. Moreover, he is considered the most successful Dutch singer in Germany.


The trio will host the 3 shows of Eurovision 2020 (2 semi-finals and the grand final) including the green room.

Eurovision 2020 will be held in Rotterdam on 12,14,16 of May 2020.

Doron Lahav is 30-year-old, who lives in Israel. Doron has been watching the Eurovision Song Contest since early 2000s. Doron works as a Data Scientist and shows interest in singing and writing.
