This evening, The Czech Republic national selection came to an end.
7 artists competed in the national selection in aim to represent the country in Eurovision 2020.
The decision was made by a combination of 50% international juries (most of them are Eurovision former participants) and 50% international public voting.

Stig Rästa – represented Estonia in 2015 (with Elina Born) and wrote the 2016 and 2019 Estonian entries

Katerine Duska – represented Greece in 2019
Michela Pace – represented Malta in 2019
KEiiNO – represented Norway in 2019
Kasia Mos – represented Poland in 2017
Zalagasper – represented Slovenia in 2019
Miki Núñez – represented Spain in 2019
The public voting was translated into:

We All Poop – 8 points
Olga Lounová – 6 points

Pam Rabbit – 3 points
Barbora Mochowa – 2 points
Therefore, the final results are:
Benny Cristo will represent The Czech Republic with the song “Kemama” in Eurovision 2020
We all can observe the differences between the public voting and the international jury.
For example, Barbora Mochowa was the winner of the jury but came last in the public voting. It’s very surprising considering the fact that Barbora Mochowa is one od the fans’ favorites.
