Montaigne will sing “Don’t Break Me” For Australia in Eurovision 2020

A few minutes ago, Australia has decided: Montaigne will represent the country in Eurovision 2020.
Australia has chosen an artist and a song via the national selection “Australia Decides 2020″.
The results were determined by 50% jury voting and 50% public voting.

As we can see, the public preferred Casey over Montaigne. However, Casey was 3rd in the jury voting while Montaigne won the jury voting.

Vanessa Amorosi was second in the jury voting and third in the public voting.
Jordan-Ravi
has finished last in jury voting and public voting.

Who is Montaigne?

Montaigne

Montaigne is the nickname ofย  Jessica Alyssa Cerro. She is 24 years old Australian art-pop singer-songwriter-musician. The singer has released 2 studio albums: the first was released in 2016 and the second in 2019.

Doron Lahav is 30-year-old, who lives in Israel. Doron has been watching the Eurovision Song Contest since early 2000s. Doron works as a Data Scientist and shows interest in singing and writing.
