Montenegro: RTCG Will Announce Selection Process for Eurovision 2022 Next Week

According to Montenegrin broadcaster RTCG, the selection process for Eurovision 2022 will be announced with full details within a week from now.

The country returned to Eurovision after an absence of 2 years (2020 – 2021).
It is very likely that we will have a national selection for Eurovision 2022, as we had in 2018 and 2019.
While in 2008 – 2017, the country chose its act for Eurovision via an internal selection.

From the broadcaster’s statement, we can quote the words “raspisuje takmičenje“, which mean “announces competition”. Therefore, we can be almost certain that a national selection will be the method for Eurovision 2022.
