For the second year in a row, France will use the format of “C’est Vous Qui Décidez” to choose its artist and song for Eurovision.
Earlier this week, the auditions round for “C’est Vous Qui Décidez 2022” have started.

After the submission window had closed, the national broadcaster invited some of the artists to perform their songs live.
The auditions took place in Apollo Théâtre in Paris – the same venue where the auditions for the 2021 selection process took place.

In 2021, the televised show took place in January last year.
However, this year the broadcaster was busy hosting Junior Eurovision 2021.
Therefore, the show will probably be held in February 2022.
We can assume that the format will be quite similar to the one last year: 12 artists will be shortlisted to participate in the televised show “C’est Vous Qui Décidez 2022“.
Barbara Pravi represented France at Eurovision 2021 with the emotional ballad “Voila“.
