Kalush Orchestra from Ukraine has won the Eurovision Song Contest 2022

Eurovision 2022 journey has come to an end and we have the results!

25 acts compete in tonight’s grand final in this running order

At the end of a magnificent interval act including last year winner MÃ¥neskin, the tension at Italy’s PalaOlimpico arena was felt everywhere and the time to reveal the results has arrived.

After all the jury have votes, with 50% of the results the scoreboard looked like this, giving the victory to Sam Ryder and the United kingdom.

Moving on to the other %50 owned by the public, the scoreboard the table has changed almost completely and even put the jury votes in question. after all the points have been revealed, the final results have been announced and Ukraine has been crowned as the new Eurovision Winner scoring a total of 631 points!

Ukraine winning the contest has now put another question unanswered on the table and that is will the country be able to host the contest next year with the war still going on. that will be probably the most discussed topic in the next few weeks in the bubble starting a few min from now on the press conference about to start (and can be watched here)

Eurovision 2016 winner, Jamala, who put the fight against the Ukrainian people in her top priority ever since it started was the first to congratulate Kalush Orchestra for the victory saying:
