The EBU has revealed the running order for the 2 semi-finals!
Earlier, the 31 countries participating in the semi-finals are allocated into 5 pots, based on historical voting patterns as calculated by the contest’s official televoting partner Digame.
Each pot includes 6-7 countries.
Half of the countries from each pot are allocated in the first semi-final and the remaining in the second semi-final.
The country pots are as follows:
Big 5 Countries and Ukraine
These countries are automatic qualifiers, however, they were allocated to the semi-finals they will broadcast and vote in:

- 🇫🇷 France – Will vote in semi-final 1
- 🇩🇪 Germany – Will vote in semi-final 1
- 🇮🇹 Italy – Will vote in semi-final 1
- 🇪🇸 Spain – Will vote in semi-final 2
- 🇺🇦 Ukraine – Will vote in semi-final 2
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom – Will vote in semi-final 2
On the 31st of January 2023, the allocation draws for the semi-final took place.
Each country has received an allocation for one of the semi-finals and one-half of the corresponding show.
Semi-Final 1: Tuesday (9th of May 2023)
