30 artists will perform their songs in front of a jury panel.
Each jury member will rank each performance in a range of 0-12 points.
The 10 highest ranked performers will be selected to participate in the national final of “Etapa Națională 2024” on the 17th of February 2024

The selection includes 3 semi-finals, in each 6 artists will compete for 3 spots in the final.
The results of the semi-finals will be based on 100% public votes.
In the final, 9 artists will compete, and the results will be based on public and jury votes.

40 artists will participate in the 5 semi-finals.
For each semi-final, 8 artists will compete for 2 spots in the final
The results will be determined by a 50% public vote and 50% national jury vote.
Tonight’s jury members are: Monika Liu, Ramūnas Zilnys, Ieva Narkutė, Darius Užkuraitis and Vytautas Bikus.
