The results were determined by a 50% public vote and 50% national jury vote.
Tonight’s jury members were :

40 artists will participate in the 5 semi-finals.
For each semi-final, 8 artists will compete for 2 spots in the final
The results will be determined by a 50% public vote and 50% national jury vote.
