- The public votes will be aggregated to 8 groups of voters: Televote, and 7 age groups (3-9, 10-15, 16-29, 30-44, 45-59, 60-74, 75+)
- The international jury votes will be based on panels from 8 countries:

- Iceland
- Belgium
- Malta
- Australia
- Ireland

The results will be based on a 50% public vote and a 50% national jury.
Both of them will be scaled into the range of 1-8, 10 and 12 points.
The hosts of the final will be Filomena Cautela (Eurovision 2018 co-host) and Vasco Palmeirim, while Inês Lopes Gonçalves will host the green room.
