The moment of truth has come, as the Eurovision 2024 week will commence today with the official opening ceremony.
By now, each country has completed 2 rounds of rehearsals.
The city of Malmö will welcome the delegation with a festive ceremony.
This year, the ceremony will be hosted by a duo of 2 drag icons:
- Elecktra (competed in “Melodifestivalen 2024: with “Banne Maj“)
- Tia Kofi (RuPaul’s Drag Race UK 2021+ 2024)

36 out of 37 delegations will be present in the event. The Israeli delegation will be absent, due to Holocaust Memorial Evening.

Eurovision 2024 will be held in Malmö, Sweden.
The semi-finals will be held on the 7th and 9th of May 2024, and the grand final will be held on the 11th of May 2024.
