Danish broadcaster DR has revealed the date when the “Dansk Melodi Grans Prix 2025” will take place. Book your calendars for Saturday, the 1st of March 2025.
With this, Denmark confirms intention to participate at Eurovision 2025
The show will be held in Jyske Bank Boxen, located in Herning, Denmark.
This is the same arena where the “Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2022” took place.
The arena has a capacity of around 12,500 seats.
Erik Struve Hansen, the program manager of the “Dansk Melodi Grand Prix” commented:
This year, the Danish Melodi Grand Prix gathered more than a million people for a music party in living rooms across the country. I look forward to us gathering people again for a festive evening in the spirit of music, which in 2025 will be directed from the Box in Herning. The ambition is to continue the beats from this year and give the Danes a huge Grand Prix party created by the upcoming artists and the hosts, and Boxen can create a good setting for that
