In January, we learned that Yuval Raphael will represent Israel in Eurovision 2025.
She won the “Hakohav Haba La’Eurovision 2025” (The Rising Star for Eurovision 2025).
And now we finally have the name! Yuval’s entry for Eurovision 2025 will be “New Day Will Rise”.
The writer and composer is Keren Peles, also one of the writers behind “Hurricane” (performed by Eden Golan).
The song will include some lyrics in Hebrew and some of them refer to the Bible.
Now, it has been revealed that the song will feature lyrics in 3 different languages: English, Hebrew and French.
Yuval lived in Geneva, Switzerland, in her childhood. Therefore, she speaks French as well.
According to Israeli news outlet Walla, one of the professional committee members said the song has no direct linkage to the ongoing war. The song is said to be a power ballad with a message of hope for a better future.
Based on Yuval Raphael’s story, the song may include the words “sun” or “sun rise” in its lyrics.

The Israeli song for Eurovision 2025 will be revealed on Sunday, March 9th, 2025.
The song (with an official video) will premiere during a special show, which will be broadcast that night.
The song has already been approved by the EBU
