Malta: From “Kant” to “Serving” – Miriana Conte’s Entry For Eurovision 2025 Has Been Renamed

At the beginning of February 2025, Malta held its national selection for Eurovision 2025 – “MESC 2025”.
The winner of the national final was Miriana Conte with the song “Kant” (Eng: Singing)

However, it seems that Malta had to modify its song for Eurovision 2025.
On March 4th, it was revealed that the Maltese song for Eurovision 2025 will be updated, due to EBU’s restrictions regarding the lyrics.

Malta had to revamp the song, which also resulted in changing the title.

Earlier today, Miriana revealed that her song title will change from “Kant” to “Serving”.
In general, it seems that the word Kant won’t be part of the lyrics.
The new song will be released on YouTube on Friday, March 14th at 18:00 CET

At Eurovision 2025, Malta was drawn to compete in the second half of semi-final 2.
Eurovision 2025 will be held in Basel, Switzerland, on the 13th, 15th, and 17th of May 2025
