Croatia: 251 Entries Have Been Submitted For Eurovision 2026

Croatian broadcaster HRT approved “Dora 2026” as the selection process for Eurovision 2026.

“Dora” will once again serve as the Croatian selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest.
The festival has been used as the national selection ever since 2019, as well as in the past (1990s and 2000s).

HRT has received a total of 251 entries for “Dora 2026”.
This is the largest number of entries received for the Croatian selection.

“Dora 2026” – Known Details

  1. The submission window closed on November 23rd, 2025
  2. The professional committee will shortlist 24 songs to participate in the televised shows.
  3. “Dora 2026” will be held in February in Zagreb at the HRT studio.
  4. The results of the selection will be based on 50% jury votes and 50% public votes.
  5. The performers must have Croatian citizenship.
  6. The exact number of shows and qualifiers will be decided by January 23rd 2026.
  7. Based on previous editions, it is most likely to have 2 semi-final, with 14-16 acts in the final.
  8. No restrictions regarding the language of the songs.

Eurovision 2026 will be held in Vienna, Austria, on May 12th, 14th, and 16th, 2026.
