Italy: “Festival di Sanremo 2026” Big Artists Will Be Announced On November 30

The 76th edition of the traditional Italian music festival: “Festival di Sanremo” will be held between February 24th and 28th, 2026.
The festival typically takes place in the first third of February (except in 2021, due to COVID-19).

According to the Italian media, Carlo Conti, the artistic director of the festival, will appear on TG1’s news program at 13:00 CET.
He will announce the list of 30 artists who will take part in the Big Artists category in “Sanremo 2026”.
Later on, they will be joined by 2 finalists of “Sanremo Giovani 2025”.

According to All Music Italia, the list of potential artists will be:

  7. Emma

  15. Levante
  16. Luchè –
  17. Madame
  18. Malika Ayane
  19. Mara Sattei Feat. Thasup
  20. Marco Masini & Fedez
  21. Michele Bravi
  22. Nada
  23. Nayt
  24. Patty Pravo
  25. Sal Da Vinci
  26. Serena Brancale
  27. Tredici Pietro
  28. Tommaso Paradiso

However, the official list hasn’t been released

In 2025, Olly won the festival.
However, he rejected the invitation for Eurovision 2025.

At the end, Lucio Corsi represented Italy in Eurovision 2025.
He performed “Volevo essere un duro” and ended in 5th place with 256 points:

Eurovision 2026 will be held in Vienna, Austria, on May 12th, 14th, and 16th, 2026.
