Poland: “Polskich Preselekcji 2026” Participants Have Been Revealed

Polish broadcaster TVP will select an artist and entry for Eurovision 2026 via “Polskich Preselekcji 2026”.
During a special press conference at TVP headquarters in Warsaw, more details regarding the national selection emerged.


The Participants

  1. Alicja – “Pray”
  2. Anastazja – “Wild Child”
  3. Basia Giewont – “Zimna woda” (Cold water)
  4. Jeremi Sikorski – “Cienie przeszłości” (Shadows of the past)
  5. Karolina Szczurowska – “Nie bój się” (Don’t be afraid)
  6. Ola Antoniak – “Don’t You Try?”
  7. Piotr Pręgowski – “Parawany Tango” (Tango screens)
  8. Stasiek Kukulski – “This Too Shall Pass”

This list of participants may be expanded with some wildcards.

Among them, we can recognize Alicja, who was meant to represent the country in Eurovision 2020 with “Empires”:

“Polskich Preselekcji 2026” – Known Details

  1. The Eurovision 2026 entry will be selected via a national final, with the results based on a 100% public vote.
  2. The national final will take place on Saturday, February 14th, 2026.

Marta Surnik, TVP journalist commented:

The application process for the Eurovision 2026 pre-selection begins today. It will last until November 24th. Now, artists can take the next step and participate in the pre-selection.The song cannot be longer than 
3 minutes. Neither the premiere nor the song’s premiere could have taken place before September 1st. We invite everyone who thinks their song will do the trick,


Justyna Steczkowska represented Poland in Eurovision 2025.
She performed “Gaja” and ended 14th in the final:

Poland will compete in semi-final 1 of Eurovision 2026 (May 12th, 2026).
The country is allocated to perform in the second half of the show.

Eurovision 2026 will be held in Vienna, Austria, on May 12th, 14th, and 16th, 2026.
