Italy: “Festival di Sanremo 2026” Duets Revealed

The 76th edition of the traditional Italian music festival, “Festival di Sanremo”, will be held between February 24th and 28th, 2026.

“Festival Di Sanremo 2026” – Known Details

1. The festival will last 5 days, between February 24th and February 28th, 2026.
2. As always, 2 categories of artists will take part in the festival: big artists and newcomers.
3. Night 1:
   • All big artists (“Champions”) will perform their songs.
   • The results will be based on web and TV journalists
   • At the end of the night, the top 5 will be announced in a random order.
4. Night 2:
   • 15 of the big artists (“Champions”) will perform their songs
   • The results will be based on 50% public votes and 50% radio journalists.
   • The top 5 will be announced in random order.
   • In addition, the 4 “Newcomers” will perform their songs and will compete in 2 duels. Two of them will qualify for the “Newcomers” final.
5. Night 3:
   • The remaining 15 artists will perform their songs
   • The results will be based on 50% public votes and 50% radio journalists.
   • The top 5 will be announced in random order.
   • In addition, the “Newcomers” winner will be announced.
6. Night 4:
   • The artists will perform covers and/or duets.
   • The covered songs will be either Italian or international (as well as duet partners).
   • The results will be based on a 34% public vote, 33% professional jury vote, and a 33% radio jury vote.
   • The winners of the night will be announced, but the results won’t impact the festival’s final results.
7. Night 5:
   • All participants will perform their songs.
   • The results will be based on the average ranking of the first 3 nights and the final night (based on 100% public votes)
   • The Top 5 artists (based on the combined ranking of nights 1-3 and night 5, based on jury and public) will advance to the super final.
   • Super-finalists will perform their songs again.
   • The results of the super-final will be based on a 34% public vote, a 33% professional jury vote, and a 33% radio jury vote.

Eurovision 2026 will be held in Vienna, Austria, on May 12th, 14th, and 16th, 2026.
