The Philippines has just confirmed through its national broadcaster for Eurovision Song Contest Asia, ABS-CBN that the country’s entrant will be selected through a national final.
During the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 viewing party hosted by Pilipinas Calling earlier today, Philippine Standard Time, representatives from ABS-CBN confirmed that the broadcaster will be selecting the Filipino Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026 entrant through a national final this coming August. Also present during the announcement was ABS-CBN Chief Operating Officer (COO) Cory Vidanes.
