Ireland: Caleb Kirwan & Naomi Gribben Will Perform “Níos láidre” at Junior Eurovision 2026

Irish broadcaster TG4 has selected its act for Junior Eurovision 2026 via the national selection “Junior Eurovision Éire 2026

3 artists compete in the national selection, and each of them performed 2 covers (one of those was of Eurovision song)

  1. Caleb Kirwan – “Tattoo” + “Halo”
  2. Naomi Gribben – “Why Me” + “If I Could Back Time”
  3. Isa-Mae Lyle – “”Arcade” + “Back to Black”

The Show

Louise Cantillon hosted the show. The jury panel included 3 members”

  • Linda Martin (Eurovision 1983, 1992)
  • Hugh Carr
  • Niamh Ní Chróinín 

The Results

The results were based solely on the jury vote. In the first round. the 3 finalists performed, and the jury selected 2 of them to qualify for the super-final:

  1. Caleb Kirwan – Super-finalist
  2. Naomi Gribben – Super-finalist
  3. Isa-Mae Lyle – Eliminated

Thereafter, the young artists performed another cover:

  1. Caleb Kirwan – “I Will Always Love You”
  2. Naomi Gribben – “And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going”

At the end of the show, the jury panel couldn’t agree on the winner. Therefore, it has been decided that Caleb Kirwan and Naomi Gribben will represent Ireland at Junior Eurovision as a duo!


Caleb Kirwan and Naomi Gribben will perform “Níos láidre”

Lottie O’Driscoll Murray represented Ireland at Junior Eurovision 2025 with the song “Rúin“.
She ended up in 18th place:

The 24th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held on Saturday, October 24th, 2026.
Junior Eurovision 2026 will be held at the MFCC venue in Ta’Qali. Malta
The following countries will compete in Junior Eurovision 2026:
