Finland is officially starting Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu 2019 (UMK) 2019 with revealing  their 2019 Representative, Darude, 1st entry (out of 3)  “Release Me”

Music producer Darude is one of the most famous dj’s in the world especially known for his hit “Sandstorm“. The superstar DJ will be joined on stage with Sebastian Rejman, lead singer and guitarist of The Giant Leap band. from all the 3 songs that will be presented, 1 will be selected as the Finnish Entry fro Eurovision 2019 on UMK Final night March 3r, 2019.

“Release Me” is an uptempo track with a great melody and vocals by Sebastian Rejman.

Last year the Finnish entry “Monsters” by Saara Aalto ranked 25th in the final scoring 46 points. Will Darude do better in Tel-Aviv? we’ll soon to find out.  Finland will participate in the first half of Semifinal 1 on May 14th.
