Melodifestivalen 2019 Second Chance Winners Is Known And The Grand Final Running Order Announced

Sweden held tonight the Andra Chansen (second chance) round of Melodifestivalen 2019 in Nyköping.  8 songs, ranked 3 and 4 in the previous4 semi-finals, were placed tonight in 4 duels and the winner of each duel received a ticket for next week grand final in Stockholm.

Tonight 4 duels were :

  • Andreas Johnson – Army Of Us VS. Anna Bergendahl  – Ashes To Ashes
  • Vlad Reiser – Nakna i regnet VS. Nano – Chasing Rivers
  • Martin Stenmarck – Låt skiten brinna VS. Lisa Ajax– Torn
  • Rebecka Karlsson – Who I Am VS. Arvingarna – I Do

And this is how the public has voted:

  • Duel 1: Anna Bergendahl goes to the final, Andreas Johnson receives 693, 105 votes
  • Duel 2: Nano goes to the final, Vlad Reiser receives 713,742 votes
  • Duel 3: Lisa Ajax goes to the final, Martin Stenmarck receives 671,850 votes
  • Duel 4: Arvingarna  goes to the final, Rebecka Karlsson receives 793,704 votes

 

SVT also announced next week grand final running order and it is as follows:

  • 1. Jon Henrik Fjällgren – Norrsken
  • 2. Lisa Ajax – Torn
  • 3. Mohombi – Hello
  • 4. Lina Hedlund – Victorious
  • 5. Bishara – On My Own
  • 6. Anna Bergendahl  – Ashes To Ashes
  • 7. Nano – Chasing Rivers
  • 8. Hanna Ferm & LIAMOO – Hold You
  • 9. Malou Prytz – I Do Me
  • 10. John Lundvik – Too Late For Love
  • 11. Wiktoria – Not With Me
  • 12. Arvingarna – I Do

Eurovision 2019 Melodifestivalen Grand Final Escbeat

This year for the first time, SVT, The Swedish broadcast, has changed to the voting system and the public televote system will be decided into eight different groups of age

• Turquoise: 10–15 years
• Blue: 16–29 years
• Purple: 30–44 years
• Pink: 45–59 years
• Red: 60–74 years
• Orange: 75+
• No color: Phone

Statistically, Sweden has a tough draw this time as they will participate in the first half of the second Semifinal 2 on May 16th.
