Armenian Srbuk Premiers Her Eurovision Entry “Walking Out”

Waiting Is Over! Armenian singer Srbuk (Srbuhi Sargsyan) finally releases today her Eurovision entry “Walking Out”

3 months ago, Armenian broadcast, ARMTV, internally selected to represent the country in Tel-Aviv. Srbuk was the first artist revealed for the contest and she is the last one among the 41 countries participating to present her entry. the singer and her team worked hard and took their time to choose the right song among 300 songs submitted.

“Walking Out” Composed by Lost Capital and tokionine, and the lyrics were written by Garik Papoyan, who was behind the Armenian 4th place in Eurovision 2014, Aram Mp3 – “Not Alone”.

In her early career, Srbuk came 2nd in the first season of “X Factor Armenia” and also came 4th in the eighth season of “The Voice Ukraine”. her singles “Yete Karogh Es” and “Half a Goddess” conquer the radio charts in Armenia maintain her as one of the most appreciated pop female singers in the country.

Srbuk will perform in the 1st half semi-final of semi-final 2 on May 16. Will she make history and bring the Eurovision to Yerevan for the first time? We’ll soon to find out…
