Israeli broadcast KAN, premiered tonight Kobi Marini’s entry for Eurovision 2019 “Home” during the Israeli television academy awards.
The host country entry” Home” is a ballad that embraces Kobi’s ability to emotionally touch viewers heart using his powerful voice and unique interpretation. the song was written by Ohad Shragai and Inbar Weitzman. Ohad himself is “Hakohav Haba” finalist who finished 3rd in the 8th season of the show previously called “Kohav Nolad“.
“Home” has a special powerful meaning as Kobi will sing “Home” in the Eurovision song contest returns to Kobi’s home country, Israel, after 20 years. the song was chosen by a committee consists of Yoav Tzafir, Tamira Yardeni, Aviad Zingboym, Yuval Ganor, Naama Hadassi, and Michal Asulin received over 200 songs by Israel’s top composers.
Kobi will automatically participate in the grand final on May 18.
