KEiiNO Premiers “Vill Ha Dig” Music Video

Fred BuljoAlexandra Rotan and Tom Hugo aka KEiiNO dropped this morning the music video for their latest single “Vill ha dig” (End: I Want You).

The song was first presented to the audience earlier this year during the band’s performance on Stockholm’s gay parade. “Vill ha dig” is KEiiNO’s interpretation for the Swedish synthpop group Freestyle mega-hit from 1980. the song’s Eurodance theme was complete this morning together with the release of the music video. with the help of the directed Martin Bremnes and producer Fredrik Wold Hansennow it is now obvious KEiiNO decided to bring back the 90’s! so please take out your favorite jeans from the high school days, tie a Bandana over your head and prepare yourself for some fun time.

Once again the Norwegian group proves their talent in spicing up a familiar song and make it sounds original. the last time when the group did so was when they covered Bradley Cooper and Gaga’s “Shallow”.

KEiiNO was founded last year, a bit before the Norwegian national final MGP took place. after they win the contest and brought their “Spirit in the sky” to Tel-Aviv it was clear to see that the band brings something fresh and different besides a great entry only. in the Eurovision’s grand final KEiiNO won the public votes and ranked 6th after adding the jury’s vote.  these days you can follow the group on tour across Europe and Australia. later on this year the group is scheduled to star in Norway’s “Treungen vinterfestival”.

I've started to follow Eurovision back in 1987 while I was only 4 years old. Ever since that night, Eurovision became my biggest passion. I created ESCBEAT to make sure that Eurovision music will stay forever and built the biggest Eurovision archive exist on streaming platforms
