RTSH the Albanian broadcaster held tonight the grand final night of its national final “Festivali i Këngës”.
Twelve acts that were qualified from the semi-finals and performed their songs live tonight in this running order:

- P 20 AL – 02 – Sara Bajraktari – Ajër (3rd Place)
- P 20 AL – 02 – 03 – Robert Berisha – Ajo nuk është unë
- P 20 AL – 04 – Tiri Gjoci – Me gotën bosh
- P 20 AL – 05 – Bojken Lako – Malaseen
- P 20 AL – 06 – Arilena Ara – Shaj (Winner)
- P 20 AL – 07 – Gena – Shqiponja e lirë
- P 20 AL – 08 – Kamela Islamaj – Më ngjyros
- P 20 AL – 09 – Albërie Hadërgjonaj – Ku ta gjej dikë ta dua
- P 20 AL – 10 – Elvana Gjata – Me tana (2nd Place)
- P 20 AL – 11 – Olta Boka – Botë për dy
- P 20 AL – 12 – Era Rusi – Eja Merre
At the end of the great lineup of performances, 21-year-old Arilena Ara was crown as the winner of the show with the ballad “Shaj” (Swear) written for her by Darko Dimitrov, Lazar Cvetkovski and Lindon Berisha. Arilena will now have the honor to represent Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 that will take place this May in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Albania is the 1st Country to reveal its entry for Eurovision 2020. earlier than expected, it was announced that Arilena will sing in Rotterdam the English version of the song titled “Curse”.

Last year Jonida Maliqi won the Albanian festival and represented the country with “Ktheju Tokës” that was ranked 17th in Tel-Aviv’s grand final.
