Russia: More Information About Eurovision 2021 Selection Process Has Been Leaked

Eurovision 2021 is getting closer and it’s time for news from Russia.
“Little Big” band were internally selected to represent Russia at Eurovision 2020.
They would have performed the song “Uno”

Following the Covid-19 pandemic, the band didn’t participate at Eurovision.

Russia were one of the last countries to confirm participation at Eurovision 2021. When they confirmed the participation, nothing were mentioned about the selection process.

However, more relevant information was revealed on Instagram. Ilya Prusikin (one of the lead vocalists and the front-man of the band) has decided to answer fans questions on his Instagram page.

One of the questions was: “Were You internally selected for Eurovision 2021?”
The answer was: “No”. However, the band members will be working on several new songs that will submitted to the broadcaster later on.
Therefore, we can infer that Russia will internally select their act for Eurovision 2021. However, Little Big won’t get a free path for Eurovision 2021. So, there is a chance that we will see another artist carrying the Russian flag in Rotterdam
