Austria has kept on a complete silence since they confirmed Vincent Bueno will represent them at Eurovision 2021.
The singer has been internally selected by the broadcaster ORF, after he had been selected to represent the country at Eurovision 2020 which was canceled.
The singer has posted the following post on his Instagram page:
From the video we can learn that the singer has recorded his Eurovision 2021 song in Zürich, Switzerland. Pele Loriano From Switzerland is the a producer as well as a backing vocalist
Pele Loriano isn’t a stranger to the Eurovision scene: He was one of the writers of “Run With The Lions” by Jurij (Lithuania 2019) and one of the producers of the Swiss national selection in the past.
An additional producer of the song is Jonas Thander from Sweden.
The British Ashley Hicklin wrote the lyrics and composed the song.
However, for the staging, there is a person from Austria in charge: Marvin Dietman who designed the staging for Austria at Eurovision 2014+2018
We still don’t know the title of the song, but it is likely to be released only at the beginning of March 2021. In addition, we can recognize keyboards playing in the video, so it is a hint for the upcoming melody.
Austria will compete in the first half of Semi-final 2 at Eurovision 2021.
