Tonight, Norway held semi-final 4 of “Melodi Grand Prix 2021″ – the national selection for Eurovision 2021.
In the beginning, the 4 competing artists have been allocated into 2 duels:
Duel 1 – Marianne Pentha & Mikkel Gaup vs Landeveiens Helte
Marianne Pentha & Mikkel Gaup were the first to perform their song
Landeveiens Helter were the second to perform their song
Marianne Pentha & Mikkel Gaup defeated Marianne Pentha & Mikkel Gaup in the duel
Duel 2 – KIIM VS Royane
KIIM was the third to perform his song
Royane was the last semi-finalist to perform her song
KIIM defeated Royane in the duel!
Duel 3 – Marianne Pentha & Mikkel Gaup VS KIIM
At the end of the evening, KIIM defeated Marianne Pentha & Mikkel Gaup
Therefore, KIIM got the only spot in the final among the semi-finalists of semi-final 4
We had the opportunity to watch a live performance by an automatic qualifier Atle Pettersen perfomeing his song ”World On Fire”
