Around The Continent 2021 – #15

“Around The Continent” is a series of posts where we will give you all the main news of the week.

In an interview with Executive producer Sietse Bakker given by Dutch broadcaster NOS, he mentioned that the staging of Eurovision 2021 may be changed. The main change will be the area surrounding the stage. Usually, this area contains 2000 fans that are waving their flags.
However, following the Covid-19 pandemic it won’t be permitted.
Instead, the floor of the arena will be the green room itself where the artists and delegations present during the show. Therefore, the space between different delegations can be larger.

The titles of the 6 songs are:

  1. Mata Hari (uptempo)

  3. When I’m gone (ballad)
  4. Manifesto (uptempo)
