Lesley Roy meant to represent Ireland in Eurovison Song Contest 2020 with song ”Story of My Life’ but it got cancelled. This year RTE decided to send Lesley Roy in Eurovison 2021.
Songwriters and producers of ”Maps” are: Lesley Roy along with producer Lukas Hallgren (producer of “She Got Me” -Switzerland 2019), Philip Strand (producer/songwriter), Normandie, Deepend and Emelie Eriksson, a Stockholm based songwriter at Baggpipe. Music video is set County Wicklow area mostly to beautiful Wicklow Mountains.
