Israeli act for Eurovision 2021 in Rotterdam, Eden Alene has finally dropped a new revamped version of her ESC entry, “Set Me Free.“
The new interpretation of the song launches together with a shiny new video-clip in an international atmosphere.
The clip was shot in the Design City complex and was directed by Nimrod Peled. In the dormant
world, and in the contemporary era where everything froze and stopped, Eden wakes up and
awakens the world after her with the help of music. The world that emerges from grayness is
increasingly colored and filled with energy, music and human connections.
The clip was produced by Tali Eshkoli, who was the Head of Event of Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv, Israel. Eshkoli will also be responsible for the production and artistic management of Eden on her Eurovision journey.
Besides the new arrangement and music video, the song that was written by Amit Mordechay, Ido Netzer, Noam Zlatin,and Ron Carmi also has small changes in the lyrics. To complete your sing-a-long experience, here are “Set Me Free” new lyrics.
