Ukraine:118 songs were submitted for JESC 2021 national selection

Ukrainian broadcaster UA:PBC has closed their submissions to those who are interested to participate at national selection to represent Ukraine at Junior Eurovision 2021.

UA:PBC has received total of 118 submissions,3 of the submissions are musical groups/bands and remaining 115 submissions are soloists.

Currently we have committee of specialists and musical experts selected through internally by Ukraine station that will be charge of listening to each submission. Hopefuls can be singing a unreleased songs or covers of Ukrainian hits (for those who did not had resources to record their own song)

Panel of music experts and specialists will publish a final list to 12 or 16 hopeful acts who will compete in national final to represent Ukraine at Junior Eurovision 2021.Finalists will be announced on 5th October 2021.

Finalists will sing their original song on 23rd October 2021 and it will be broadcasted UA:PBC Channel KULTURA TV. Decision will be be made by a combination of 50% professional jury and 50% of online voting.

Winner of national selection will represent Ukraine at Junior Eurovision 2021.

Arseniy Hryshchenko-Redemption

Liza Kalinina-Like Fire

Anastasia Martyniuk-Neon Sun

Ellen Usenko-TBA (To Be Announced)

Michellka-TBA (To Be Announced)

Oleksandr Balabanov won national selection in 2020 with song ”Vidkryvai (Open Up)” and represented Ukraine at Junior Eurovision 2021.
