Montengro broadcaster RTCG has has opened song submissions for Eurovision Song Contest 2022.
Some of the rules for submissions are:
-Songwriters regarding their nationality are invited to compete in the selection with up 2 maximum songs.
-Song must not been released from 1st October 2021 publicly.
-Singers must have Montenegro citizenship and must be 16 by 10th of May 2022 and acts not be formed of more 6 people.
-Once the submissions closes on 10th December 2021,selection of jury will have listen to all the entries and the criteria’s are:
Song: 50 points available
Lyrics: 30 points available
Productional potential of the piece: 20 points available
Maximum of number points for entry can receive 100pts and the winner of the critea , the entry will represent Montenegro at Eurovision Song Contest 2022.
Last time Montenegro participated was in Eurovision 2019 with D Mol with the song ”Heaven”.
