Ireland: “Eurosong 2022” – Full Line-Up and Songs Revealed

We’ve been waiting patiently since Monday, but finally we have them all!
6 artists will compete in the Irish selection for Eurovision 2022 – “Eurosong 2022″.

Irish Eurosong 2022 – All Known Details

  1. Irish selection for Eurovision 2022 will be named: “Eurosong 2022
  2. 6 artists will take part in the selection.
  3. The selection show will be held on Friday the 4th of February 2022.
  4. The results will be determined by a combination of public votes, the national jury and international jury.
  5. Ireland has received a total of 320 submissions for Eurovision 2022


#1. Brendan Murray – “Real Love”


Brendan will try his luck for the second time!
In 2017, he was internally selected to represent Ireland at Eurovision 2017 with the song “Dying To Try”.


In 2018, he competed in “X Factor UK” where he finished in 5th place.

#2. Rachel Goode – “I’m Loving Me”

Rachel Goode is a soprano singer.
For “Eurosong 2022“, she collaborated with Anna Engh, Thomas Karlsson, Johan Mauritzson, and Joakim Övrenius. The latter was the producer of “The Ride” (Polish entry for Eurovision 2021).
She will suggest an upbeat dance-pop song with Scandinavian elements!

#3. Janet Grogan – Ashes of Yesterday

Singer Janet studied popular music. She earned a scholarship to continue her studies in Germany. In Germany, she met Xavier Naidoo and together they toured around Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
She has also competed in “X-Factor Ireland” in 2016 where she reached the judges house.
In addition, she was a finalist in the music show “Last Singer Standing”.
Janet isn’t a stranger to Eurovision. She was a backing vocalist for Irish acts at Eurovision 2016  (Nicky Byrne) and Eurovision 2018 (Ryan O’ Shaughnessy).
The composers of her song are Aidan O’Connor, John Emil, Sandra Wikström:

#4. Brooke Scullion — “That’s Rich”

Brooke rose to fame in 2020, when she ended up as a finalist on “The Voice of the UK”.
Brooke lives in Derry and is hoping to follow in the footsteps of singer Dana, who came from the same city and won Eurovision 1970 for Ireland.
Brooke says her song can be described as Blondie meets The Gossip

Her song was written and composed by her and Karl Zine, Izzy Warner.

#5. Patrick O’Sullivan – “One Night, One Kiss, One Promise”

Patrick has a degree in Musical Theatre from The Arts Educational School in London.
Right after graduating, he participated in several musicals.
In 2021, he participated in “Last Singer Standing” and was crowned as the actual winner.

For “Eurosong 2022” he brings a midtempo pop song.
The writers of the song are Nicky Byrne (Ireland, Eurovision 2016) , Lar Kaye, Danny O’Reilly

#6. Miles Graham – Yeah We’re Gonna Get out of It

Miles Graham is originally from Clondalkin in Dublin and is now based in Co.
He made his TV debut on The Late Late Show in 2018, with his song Let it Shine. He has since released several dance songs.
The songwriters are Miles Graham Miley, Justin Broad, and Paul Herman.
It is a radio-friendly “middle of the road” song.
He said that the song was written in April 2020, when he was in lockdown with his kids:
