Rosa Linn Will Represent Armenia at Eurovision 2022

After a year of absence, Armenia returns to the Eurovision Song Contest.
The country used a method of internal selection that ended up choosing Rosa Linn.
The final 2 contenders to represent the country this year were probably Saro Gevorgyan and Rosa Linn.

Who is Rosa Linn?


Rosa Linn (real name: Rosa Kostandyan) is a 21 year old singer-songwriter and producer.
She was born and raised in the Armenian city Vanadzor.
Her music genre can be described as indie pop with the wide influences of the 1990 music.
She was signed to the label Nvak Collective, led by the American Armanian musician Tamar Kaprelian (who competed in the national selection in 2018, and also represented Armenia as part of a group at Eurovision 2015).

This is how she was introduced to the public


Her song for Eurovision 2022 “Snap” will be released on Saturday, the 19th of March 2022.
Here is a snippet from it:

Armenia will compete in the second half of semi-final 1 which will be held on the 10th of May 2022.
If the country qualifies, Armenia will participate in the grand final on the 14th of May 2022
