OGAE Poll 2022 Results

43 fan clubs all over the world have cast their votes in the annual OGAE poll.
A total of 4,438 people voted in the poll, while the voters couldn’t vote for their own country.

  • Sweden won the poll, picking up 393 points.
  • Italy is the runner-up, 6 points behind the winner.
  • 12 countries haven’t received any points and these are:

    7. Ireland
    8. Israel
    9. Montenegro

  • 16 different fan clubs gave 12 points to Sweden:

    6. Ireland

    12. Luxemburg
    13. Poland

  • Italy has picked up 12 points from 13 different clubs.
  • The biggest OGAE club comes from the United Kingdom and includes 743 members!
  • If we follow the results, it seems that the 10 qualifiers from semi-final 1 will be:
    1. The Netherlands
    2. Norway
    3. Albania
    4. Austria
    5. Ukraine
    6. Greece
    7. Lithuania
    8. Portugal
    9. Latvia
    10. Moldova
  • If we follow the results, it seems that the 10 qualifiers from semi-final 2 will be:
    1. Sweden
    2. Poland
    3. Cyprus

    10. Malta

Last year’s OGAE poll predicted Malta as Eurovision 2021 winner.
However, Malta ended in the 7th place.
