Austria Will Be Represented by a Woman At Eurovision 2023

Austria’s Eurovision scout Eberhard Forcher has revealed on his Facebook page that Austria has already chosen its act for Eurovision 2023!

This year, the selection process was an internal one.
ORF management, the Austrian delegation, and 25 international jury members helped shortlist the acts.

Also, the format has changed a little as each artist has sent a live performance of each song to be judged by the voters.
Therefore, Eberhard Forcher says that the chosen singer has proved her abilities in performing live.

Next week, we will find more details about the Austrian artist for Eurovision 2023!

The last time a woman represented Austria was at Eurovision 2019,
